Wellness Coordinator
Job Description
The Wellness Coordinator will be responsible for the implementation of our rowing program and quality of services at the assigned location. Wellness Coordinators should be tech savvy and use our CRM systems to follow up on new leads and communicate with existing customers. The Wellness Coordinators will identify potential business partnership opportunities. The Wellness Coordinator will communicate with our clients about classes, special events or studio specific news.
Wellness Coordinator Responsibilities
- Teach class
- Reach out to clients after their initial visit and influence retention
- Collect Clients feedbacks
- Ensure studio upkeep and inventory tracking
- Participate in email marketing campaign planning
- Conduct research on clients’ background
- Present, promote and sell products/services using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers
- Ability to connect with customer leads through cold calling
- Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interest, competitive activities and potential for new products and services
- Actively check reviews and reply to comments/reviews for instructors and studio
- Pick up calls from clients, potential partners and potential new instructors
- Maintain relationship with clients and ensure they feel welcomed and seen
- Design a client loyalty program to increase DC Row/LA Row retention rate
- Other duties as assigned

Job Description
As a Product Marketing Manager, you lead our marketing division and will be responsible for telling the world the story of DC Row/LA Row and our rowing classes. You will be the designated chief advocate for our classes, special events and developing relationships with different industries. Additionally, you will collaborate with the marketing team to create strategies for product placement, advertising, communication and sales
Job Responsibilities
- Develop effective marketing strategies and plans
- Work with marketing team to promote DC Row, LA Row and our products
- Directly oversee marketing team to achieve growth targets over the near term and boost sales
- Assess the effectiveness of the marketing programs that support our products on an ongoing basis and report back to the business on required changes
- Monitor performance with tracking and establish corrective measures as needed, and prepare detailed reports, both current and forecasting
- Research market data to get insights on competitor offers, clients’ personas, and current trends
- Prepare and propose marketing plans within a budget
- Present and speak about DC Row, LA Row and our products to both external and internal audiences
- SDevelop and implement profitable plans to promote DC Row/LA Row
- Attend conferences in the Health, Real Estate, Senior Citizen, Wedding and Youth Summer Events categories.
- Teach class
- Stay abreast of best practices and promotional trends
